We provide great instruction and a fun island lifestyle with our highly experienced team in Paje on the Southeast Coast of Zanzibar.

Our little paradise island of Zanzibar is exactly what you imagine for a tropical kite & surf destination. Learn to kite in a worldclass flat-water spot or work on your surfing skills in a guaranteed uncrowded spot. Our certified kite instructors and experienced surf guides will ensure a great kite & surf experience for you.
You find our Kite & Surf Center right on the Beach in Paje just next to Ocean Restaurant and Buccaneer Diving.
Our team in Paje consists of highly experienced watermen and women from all over the world who are keen and eager to help you out with the best advice and service for your stay in Zanzibar. Our instructors speak multiple languages and our equipment is the latest technology to maximize your experience on and off the water with us. Our Aquaholics Paje center is located on the doorstep of the famous Paje beach which is known for its picturesque lagoon and ideal kiting area.
Location
The apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Paje, just a short walk from the beach and our Aquaholics Kite & Surf Center. You find everything you need close by, such as supermarkets, local shops, souvenir shops, bars & restaurants.
The beautiful kite beach can be reached via village road within 100m. An approximately 3minute walk also leads to our Aquaholics Kite & Surf Center, Ocean Restaurant & Beach Bar and Buccaneer Diving.
Facilities
The secure and cozy courtyard style property has a total of 8 rooms, a communal garden & lounge and a pool with sunbathing area. Free Wifi is available in the communal area as well as rooms. The vibey property is filled with many spots to chill out, meet fellow travelers or read a book in a hammock.
Rooms
All apartments are double storey with upstairs bedroom/bathroom and downstairs lounge/kitchenette. Each room has a fan, air-conditioning, a King Size Bed, Mosquito Net, Hot Water Shower and a private balcony. The kitchenette is equipped simply with kettle, toaster, fridge and some basic cuttlery, so you can arrange snacks inbetween and store cold drinks from the supermarket.
Towels and Linen as well as daily housekeeping are included in your stay.
Free Drinking Water is provided.
Breakfast is included in your stay and served Ebb & Flow. There is a bar serving cold drinks all day and cocktails in the afternoon and evenings. Every Tuesday a communal Swahili Dinner Night is arranged at the guesthouse. The guesthouse doesn't have a full time restaurant, however delivery can be arranged and you can find lots of great bars and restaurant in short walking distance from the place.
Paje offers a great choice when it comes to food and night life. You can also find local, as well as european style restaurants and bars only a few steps away.
